Book is solid and clean; gilt lettering on spine is mostly bright, but a bit age darkened, with minor blemishing near the top; pages are clean and fairly bright, with age-yellowed edges.
Dust jacket clean and fairly bright, and unblemished except for a short (1.5") tear (taped on the back) on the upper edge of the front flap; flaps are clean and fairly bright with original price ($3.00) unclipped; overall, jacket displays minor toning; spine and upper and lower flap edges are age yellowed.
Overall, this is a near fine copy of the book with a near fine original dust jacket.
