This is one of 2500 copies of the special edition of "Fahrenheit 451." The Long Beach Public Library Foundation proudly presents Long Beach Reads One Book. Ray Bradbury's masterwork, "Fahrenheit 451" was chosen for the city's 2005 celebration of reading and the book. A citywide art contest was held encouraging local artists to design the cover and interior illustrations of this very special memento and tribute to author Ray Bradbury. The artwork of 3 very gifted students, Daniel Barajas, Michael Neal, Loren Mader, is shown in this book.
